Ilario Alicante is back on the track and he simply beats the shit out us! The italian techno maestro presents a stronger than strong release that defines the Alicante-sytle in pure perfection. The extreme Detroit flavoured Alicante double pack tracker comes with remixes by Adventice and Mark Broom. Alicantes originals "Virgo Storm" and "Hypno" are based on a massive and masculine beat programming and wave the "Purpose Maker" and "Axis" flag like no other of his releases so far. This is heavy material - this feeds Rob Hood and Jeff Mills fans and we can see and hear Alicantes admiration for the Underground Resistance back catalogue here! Adventice (DJ Deep & Romain Poncet) remix for "Virgo Storm" follows this direction however it leaves out the manic synth elements and incorporates even more peaktime-floor-action-sounds that have only one message: Total dancefloor madness! Mark Brooms remix for "Hypno" introduces a very cool but deep-dark and filtered organ-bassline which gives his remix an even more hypnotic touch in contrast to the cheeky and nasty original by Ilario Alicante.
